Welcome to Head Office Unisex Family Salon. By booking an appointment or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

2. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

Refunds for services are provided at the discretion of the management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging.

4. Personal Belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit. The salon is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. We maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering our services.
