We will take appropriate measures to address your concerns, which may include offering a complimentary redo of the service. Refunds are provided at the discretion of the management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Time Frame: Refund or redo requests must be made within 7 days of the original service date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
