Appointment Cancellations

1. Notice Period:

• Standard Appointments: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Special or Group Appointments: For special or group bookings, we require at least 48 hours' notice.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellations made with less than the required notice period may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• No-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

3. Rescheduling:

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made within the required notice period. However, rescheduling is subject to availability.

Late Arrivals

15-Minute Grace Period: We understand that traffic and other unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

After Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
